Forest Edge Custom Country House

A custom country house that began with site reading

Okcheon-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Approx. 1,389 sqm site · main house + deck Site review to build coordination Primary residence + weekend use

Project Summary

A custom design-build project shaped around site placement, forest views, entry sequence, and a practical CAD package for a family house.

Challenge

The steep access and forest-facing view had to be resolved without making the interior circulation complicated.

Approach

Placement studies, floor plans, deck direction, window positions, and exterior movement were reviewed together from the CAD stage through build coordination.

Outcome

The result became a lead project that lets new clients understand the site logic and the built outcome in one sequence.
