Second Home with Guest Rooms in Jungmisan
A second home shaped for remote decision-making
Project Summary
A second-home project that balances family use and guest accommodation for owners who spend part of the year outside Korea.
Challenge
Because the owners visit Korea infrequently, one meeting had to carry enough clarity for plan review, room use, and construction choices.
Approach
Family spaces and guest spaces were separated, while English guidance and site photo standards were prepared from the beginning.
Outcome
The project became a strong reference for remote-owner support because the design package and completion record remain readable from overseas.
